The town of Crown King is host to some great upcoming events….. The 110th Birthday Party for the General Store is Saturday, August 30th. Join the Crown King Historical Society as they celebrate the anniversary of the Historic General Store. The CKHS Museum will be open Noon till 4 pm, Free Admission! The CKHS will hold its Annual Meeting and Luncheon at 1 pm at the General Store Patio. Learn what is planned for the next year for the Historical Society while enjoying a delicious lunch provided by Gerry & Sandy, owners of the General Store. Lunch is free to current members, or pay to join and eat for free. Membership is $10 or Entire Family is $15. Thanks for supporting the CKHS & the General Store. We hope they will be here for another 110 years!
Join the CK Fire Dept on Saturday, Sept 20th for their annual fundraiser, Auction & Dinner Dance. This is fun for the entire family! The CK Volunteer Fire Dept depends on this event for a good portion of their funding. Please consider donating to either the silent or live auction. The fun begins at 3pm with the Kids Auction, followed by the Live Auction. Food is served around 6pm. Dance the night away inside the Fire Station to the local tunes of the Bradshaw Mountain Band. The beer will be flowing and the good times are plenty. This is one of the favorite events for many locals and cabin owners in CK. Thanks for supporting our local CK Fire Dept.
Back by popular demand!! The One Hole – Two Mile Crown King Classic Golf Tournament! Saturday Sept 27th, ( * NEW DATE* ) will bring the most unique visitors to our town. The less you know about golf, the more you will enjoy our tournament. Teams dress up in costume and drive their balls through two miles of forest, to the One Hole at the CK Saloon. The CK Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring this year’s event that begins at 7am at the CK Saloon.
